What can AI realistically do for a small or growing business?
The biggest wins are usually unglamorous: triaging and routing enquiries, drafting first replies, pulling information out of documents and emails, summarising long threads, and answering questions from your own data. These take hours off a team's week without changing how the business works.
We'll look at where your time goes and tell you which of these are worth doing, and which aren't.
Do we need to replace our existing software to use AI?
No. AI features can usually be added to the systems you already use, through their integrations and APIs. If your tools are the real problem, we can also consolidate them into one platform with AI built in from the start.
Is our data safe, and will it be used to train AI models?
We design every AI feature around what data it actually needs, and nothing more. We use AI providers' business services and settings that don't use your data to train their models, we keep access limited to the people and systems that should have it, and we'll tell you exactly which provider sees what before anything is built.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
We plan for it. Where a mistake would matter, a person reviews the output before it's acted on. Answers drawn from your data link back to their source so they can be checked, and we test each feature against real examples from your business before it goes live, then keep monitoring it afterwards.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever suits the job. We work with the leading models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, and choose on accuracy, cost, speed and where the data is processed. We build so that the model can be changed later without rebuilding the feature.
Can you connect ChatGPT or Claude to our own systems?
Yes. We build integrations, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, that let AI assistants look things up and take actions in your software on a person's behalf, limited to exactly what that person is allowed to see and do.
How do AI projects start?
The same way as all our work: with a Discovery Phase to understand your business, your data and where the time goes. It ends with a Strategic Blueprint that sets out what to build first and why, which is yours to keep whoever builds it.
